Hambden Township Town Hall
The Hambden Old Town Hall is available for rent by Hambden Township residents only. The cost to rent is $50, and a $100 refundable security deposit is required. Both are due at the time of booking the hall, showing proof of residency and completing the hall use agreement form.
The key to the Town Hall is available in a key lockbox located by the main doors to the Town Hall building. Access to the lockbox is by personal code, which will be issued at the time of the rental. An access code will not be available for use until the day of the rental.
Failure to return the key to the lockbox at the end of the rental day will result in the loss of the security deposit and future hall rentals.
The refundable deposit is returned within 10 business days.
If the hall and grounds are not left in the condition in which they were found, and all rules are followed, your deposit will not be refunded.
Maximum capacity of town hall is:
- 85 - Chairs and Tables
- 180 - Chairs only
Number of tables and chairs in town hall:
- 10 - 8' tables
- 2 - 6' tables
- 76 chairs
