Scott grew up in Newbury Township. After graduating from Newbury High School in 1988, Scott attended the University of Akron, where he graduated with a Business Management degree. In 1994, he met the criteria to become a state credentialed appraiser. From 1991 to 2002, he worked for an Akron-based real estate appraisal firm managing mass appraisal projects for taxation purposes in various counties around Ohio.

In 2002, Scott was hired by the Geauga County Auditor’s office to manage the appraisal department, where he spent 10 years overseeing the maintenance and valuation for all of Geauga County. Scott was the Chief Deputy of Real Estate for the Lake County Auditor's office from 2012 to 2020, where he supervised the valuation and maintenance of 110,000 parcels of real estate. Scott currently is a project supervisor for a mass appraisal firm in Northeast Ohio.

Scott was appointed Trustee on March 1, 2016.

Scott and his wife Amy have been together since the age of 16. They were married in 1995. They have two adult daughters.

Keith McClintock

Keith McClintock

Keith McClintock grew up in Kent, OH, in Portage County. Keith graduated from Kent State University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology and in 1993 with a Master’s Degree in Geology/Hydrology.

Keith has been a resident of Hambden Township since 2002. He lives on Juniper Drive with his wife, Jennifer. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and wood carving.

Keith currently serves as Manager of Watershed Programs for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.

Keith has served as a Hambden Township Trustee since 2008 and served on the Zoning Commission prior to that.

Paul Molan

Paul Molan

Paul Molan and his wife Debora moved into Hambden Township in 1991. They have two adult children, Sgt. Paul Joseph Molan, who is serving in the US Army, and Amber Marija, who is a registered nurse.

Paul is a Ledgemont High School graduate and a member of St. Mary’s Church in Chardon.

Paul has owned and operated his construction business since 1985.

Paul served on the Zoning Board of Appeals for 20 years prior to being elected as a Hambden Township Trustee.
