Fiscal Officer / Mike Romans
Mike has been a resident of Hambden Township since 2000 and a land owner since the 1980’s. He lives on Old State Road (608) with his wife, Rose. They have two adult sons, Michael and Mark.
Mike operates a small business he began in 1992 which focused on CAD/CAM and CNC manufacturing software.
Past time activities include operating his heavy equipment, machining, 3D printing, vintage motorcycles and welding.
Mike has served as the Hambden Township Fiscal Officer since April 2020 and prior to that he worked summers with the Hambden Township Road Department. He served on many of the township’s committees including the Park Board, Picnic Committee and Audit Committee.
Administrative Assistant Mary Ann Dottore
Mrs. Dottore was hired as the Assistant in January 2006.
Mary Ann and her husband Tom live in Newbury Township. They have three grown sons and one daughter-in-law.
As Administrative Assistant Mary Ann assists the Board of Trustees and all departments as needed. She handles the town hall rentals, preparing invoices to be paid, preparing the agenda for upcoming trustee meetings and many other miscellaneous duties. She also serves as the Administrative Cemetery Sexton keeping track of the cemetery records, typing cemetery deeds and selling graves as needed.
Mary Ann enjoys spending time with family, sewing, embroidering and co-operating her and Tom’s business in her free time.
