Hambden Township Road Department consists of 2 full time employees responsible for maintaining 25 miles of Township roads. Part time winter help is hired to assist in the plowing of snow. During the summer months the two part time employees who are hired to work in the Hambden Park help the road department when additional men are needed for traffic control while working on a road.
Hambden road department is responsible for road maintenance, road side trash removal and mowing, snow plowing of roads and cemetery, mowing and upkeep of the Hambden Cemetery,
