The benches have been delivered. Mr. McClintock reported that thanks to the order form included in the newsletter we have received many memorial brick orders.
Mrs. Chorman reported that things are set for fall trash day. Waste Management has been notified that they received the contract. Mr. Heald asked the trustees how many Hambden employees they would like to work trash day. All 6 road department employees will be asked to work along with a couple inmates. CEMETERY Mrs. Chorman presented to the board the deed for Richard and Maureen Depenbrok purchase of 3 graves in the Hambden cemetery for approval and signature.

MISCELLANEOUS Mrs. Pope reported that she and Mrs. Dottore have contacted additional architects for the walkway enclosure between the zoning building and the town hall building. They all have turned the work down due to the small size of the project. Steve Ciciretto is the only one who quoted the job. The other architects we spoke with all feel Mr. Ciciretto quoted a fair price for the amount of work needed. RESOLUTION 2008-102: made by Nadine Pope, seconded by Keith McClintock to award the architectural drawing of the walkway enclosure to Steve Ciciretto. Upon call of roll: Mr. McClintock - yes, Mrs. Pope - yes and Mr. Kaminski - yes. Motion carried.
Mr. McClintock reported that he received a memo from the Geauga County Planning Commission in regards to HB 562 that has an impact to our local zoning regulations. We also received from the Ohio Township Association regarding a new line and partition fence procedures. It now becomes the responsibility of the township trustees to make a decision when there is a dispute. If dissatisfied with the townships decision the resident may pursue binding arbitration. If a cost is incurred it can be charged to their property taxes.
Mr. McClintock stated that Wednesday he will be at Ravenwood for the Geauga County Department on Aging annual elected official's day serving lunches to senior citizens from 11:15 to 12:45 pm.
