Mrs. Pope reported that the road department will be stripping the wax off the old town hall floor and re-waxing as time permits.

SAFETY
Mr. Heald reported that only some of the street light outages that were reported to First Energy have been fixed.

PARK
Mr. McClintock reported that the Park Board did not meet this month.  The next scheduled meeting is April 20th.

MISCELLANEOUS
Mrs. Chorman reported that spring trash day is usually scheduled for the last Saturday of April.  This year the Geauga Maple Festival is scheduled for that weekend.  Mrs. Chorman asked the board if they would like to change the date of spring trash day or keep it the same.  The board decided that trash day is in the morning and the Maple Festival should not affect us.  Along with the trash collection, Assured Vault is scheduled to provide document shredding.  Mrs. Chorman will send out requests for hauling quotes.  Mr. Heald stated that Ken Chuha has worked as a volunteer at the trash day events for the past couple years.  Mr. Chuha has asked if the township would be willing to hire him as one of the workers at spring trash day.  The board will look into how many workers they will have and decide if another person is needed.

Mr. McClintock asked if any residents had any further questions or concerns to bring before the Board. There were none.
